Girls redone bathroom

Ok, so I have lived in my house for 6 years now.  I still love it but you know you start getting the itch to either start remodeling and updating or moving.  Well moving really isn't an option right now (darn it!) so we went with doing some remodeling.  The first thing on my list is the girls bathroom.  It has a door that separates the sinks from the tub and toilet which is fine, but when they designed it when the door is open its up against the tub practical.  I hate it.  It is super dark in there and I always felt like it was soooo dirty.  (Which having two girls in the bathroom, it probably was, lol)
So my talented hubby took out the wall with the door, put in new tile and moved around some electrical outlets.  Since the construction part of it is done, I wanted to share what it looks like for now.  Until we can build up some more spending cash for me to decorate (YYYYAAAAHHHOOOOO)

We took one of our smaller mirrors from our bathroom and put it in this bathroom, instead of the big mirror.

Women's bible boot camp retreat

Me and Luke are both doing bible boot camp through our church this semester.  It is a 16 week class that goes through each book of the bible and we learn about 30 verses from different books each week and memorize them.  It has been very intense but I just love how I can already reference to the ones I have learned and that I now fully understand the time line of the Old Testament!!  AWESOME!!  
So this weekend us girls that are part of the Womens boot camp went up to a cabin in Pinetop, which was beautiful!!  Here is some pictures from our getaway!

These weekend with these women really encouraged me and taught me that I can trust gals and that we could have a great weekend and time away without gossip, worries, or drama!!! What a difference Godly women make in your life.  I love these girls and so glad to spend time with them this weekend and get to know some of them even more.  

So glad to be spending my Monday nights with these women and looking forward to more times together and seeing what God does in ALL of our lives!!
