Pinterest Crafts

I just had to share my new craft ideas with you. I am totally addicted to Pinterest. If you don't know what Pinterest is, you need to go look and see for yourself! It has so many different craft ideas, DIY, and recipe ideas!! It's awesome and a great way to spend half your day, lol!! :) Anyways, here are my two crafts that I did.

The family frame:

(Sorry for the blurry picture) I picked up a 11x14 sized frame from Walmart for $5.00, took out the glass and hot glued these mini tiles that I got at Home Depot for $15.00 on to the cardboard in the back of the frame.

I then found these B and scrap booking paper at Joann's for $4.00 total. I hot glued the paper on the B and then used a razor blade to cut out the B. Then hot glued the finished B on to the tiles.

I then found these smaller letters and numbers at Michaels, for 99 cents each and spray painted them black (I already had the paint) and then hot glued them on to the tiles as well. Then I had the small stickers already and decided to spell out our last name on the B with them (I had picked them up at Walmart for $1.00 a while ago when I was decorating my starbucks cup :)) And this is it, isn't it cute? The one on pinterest also had a DIY flower made from a T-shirt on the B which I think I am still going to make and add on, I think it will be a tan colored one.

Seriously, if you have not been on Pinterest, get on!!! Find me and follow me!! It's so much fun and you will totally end up wasting away a couple hours finding tons and tons of crafts that you will want to do. When you click on the pictures, it will lead you to the blog that the idea came from, in which will walk you through how to do whatever it is. Yes, I am in love!!!! Come, follow me here:

Ok so on to my next craft, which is also from Pinterest.

I picked up a soap bottle, I think it was the new holiday foam one from soft soap or something at Target for $1-2. Then I took my black spray paint and painted it.

I then found these stickers while I was at Joann's also and stuck it on. They don't stick to well to the paint so I had to hot glue it on but I'm still not sure I like this sticker and think I might want one like the ones I have on the B in my frame, just bigger and white. So I'm still undecided how this will end, lol. But I think this is a very cute soap dispenser and a lot cheaper than the decor ones you buy!! And it's personalized!!!!!!!
